ORGANIZATIONAL REVIEW

Conducted an organizational review of Skipping Stone and led them in implementing anti-racist, anti-oppressive training and capacity building for staff who serve trans and gender expansive communities across Alberta.

NEEDS ASSESSMENT

Conducted a needs assessment for Zetna Collective; a community organization that aims to foster positive life experiences for Black, African, and Caribbean 2SLGBTQIA+ communities in Edmonton, Alberta.

EXPANSION FEASIBILITY STUDY

Consultant with Ten Oaks Project, conducting research into their 2SLGBTQIA+ camp expansion feasibility and identifying gaps in staff training. This involved community consultation with campers, staff and various sites across Ontario. Evaluated their accessibility and inclusivity in regard to diverse access needs for communities and appropriation of Indigenous cultures.

PROGRAM EVALUATION

Research Associate (in partnership with University of Toronto) evaluating the effectiveness and efficiency of Supporting our Youth, playing a key role in building relationships, creating data collection tools and facilitating focus groups with 2SLGBTQIA+ youth and staff.

PROGRAM EVALUATION

Lead researcher and evaluator for Working on Our Power – a social justice and self care training program for racialized women, and non-binary and trans activists in Europe – collecting and analyzing quantitative and qualitative data to evaluate the program.

Content reviewer for the Black, Indigenous and People of Colour resources on eating disorders and disordered eating.
