Call me Bailey! I’m a Multimedia Producer, Arts Assessor and Creative Programmer focusing on youth engagement. I have ten years experience in the nonprofit sector.

Recent roles have included Programme Director at an LGBTQ Camp, Research Associate for an evaluation of Supporting Our Youth and workshop facilitator on anti-oppression within the Toronto District School Board.

I sit on the LGBT Foundation Board of Directors. Prior to this I sat on the Buddies in Bad Times Board of Directors and the Roundhouse Board of Trustees where I championed diversity and equality across the organisation.

When not programming, consulting or evaluating creative programming, I write about society and identity and study for a Masters in Postcolonial Culture and Global Policy.

Currently working on:

  • supporting the programming of Seattle’s Queer Film Festival
  • evaluating Working on Our Power programme.

Yes! I’m available to talk about your project!
